Why I Love doTERRA

I’ve used essential oils for as long as I can remember, but it wasn’t until last year that I really discovered the power of these potent oils. Essential oils are the essence of a plant that have been distilled and bottled. Different parts of the plants are used depending on the oil, it may be the flower, bark, seeds, roots etc. Plants contain natural chemical compounds that are responsible for its scent, that protect the plant and even assist it with pollination, among other important functions. These compounds are extracted from the plant and are super concentrated and potent, this is why you only need a drop or two. For example, 1 drop of certified pure Peppermint Essential Oil is equivalent to drinking 28 cups of Peppermint tea!
