Simple Stretches for Neck, Back and Shoulders

If you’re like me, you spend a little too much time in front of your computer (or hunched over your laptop) and looking down at your phone. Movement is incredibly important for your physical health, and this includes taking the time to stretch! Our body was made to move in a variety of ways, a lot of which we rarely ever move in anymore (which is why switching up your exercise routine is important). Set reminders every hour or two to move your body if your sedentary for long periods of time, include these stretches in at least two of those breaks and remember consistency is key for results!
